Your first visit is not a quick adjustment and out the door. We start with a thorough consultation where we get to know you, your health history, your goals, and what has brought you in. From there we walk you through exactly what we are seeing in your spine and nervous system, in plain language, so nothing feels like a mystery.
If appropriate, your first adjustment happens at this visit. We use gentle, precise techniques and take the time to explain what we are doing and why. You will leave with a clear care plan, not a hard sell, and a real understanding of what your body needs to heal.

We are a cash-pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to spend more time with you and design care around your needs rather than what a plan approves. We provide superbills so you can submit for potential reimbursement on your own. HSA and FSA are welcome.
